Service 06
Your own
AI assistant.
Not another chat window you have to explain everything to. An assistant that knows your calendar, your inbox and your notes. You message it from your phone like a colleague, and it prepares, sorts and reminds. It runs on its own server, set up for you.
Talk about your assistant →The problem
Your day is spread over mail, calendar, notes and a handful of tools. Most AI tools only help once you open them and explain the situation again. A personal assistant keeps the context and comes to you.
What you get
- Reachable where you are: by chat on your phone, for example Telegram, or by mail
- Knows your context: calendar, inbox, notes and the documents you choose to connect
- Takes routines off you: a morning briefing, reply drafts, reminders, notes after a call
- Asks before it acts: it drafts, you decide what gets sent
- Its own server: hosted in the EU, set up for you alone
How we work together
- 01
Find the routines
Which tasks eat your time every week.
- 02
Choose the connections
Only the tools and data it really needs.
- 03
Set up and test
On its own server, tested on your real working day.
- 04
Adjust in use
After two weeks we drop what you do not need and add what is missing.
A good fit if
- Your inbox decides what your day looks like
- Follow-ups and small promises slip through
- You want help from AI without your data spread over a dozen apps
Questions
Where does my data go?
The assistant runs on a server in the EU. The thinking is done by an AI model, for example Claude, through its interface. We choose the provider together, with a data processing agreement, and connect only what the assistant needs.
Can it send emails on its own?
Only if you want it to. By default it prepares and you send. You decide, task by task, what it may do alone.
Is this a chatbot for my customers?
No. It works for you, not for your website visitors.
Can my team have one too?
Yes, one per person or one shared by a team. We start with one and see how it fits.
Which routine would you hand over first? Tell me about it.
