Sales training
with your own leads.
Your team already has AI tools and a CRM. What is often missing is the routine. In my trainings your people work on their real leads and their real pipeline, so what they learn on Tuesday is in use on Wednesday.
Plan a training →The problem
Many sales teams got AI tools without a way to use them. Some people paste whole customer emails into a chat window, others never open it. And a CRM is only as good as what people enter, so the pipeline report says one thing and reality another.
What you get
- AI in daily sales work: researching a company before the call, prioritising leads, preparing emails and follow-ups
- Clear rules for data: what may go into which AI tool, and what stays out
- CRM and process: stages everyone understands, a next step on every deal, a clean handover to customer success
- Your material, not examples: we work with your leads, your CRM and your templates
- A playbook to keep: the prompts and checklists from the training, written down for your team
How we work together
- 01
See how you sell
I look at your CRM, pipeline and tools before we plan anything.
- 02
Plan the training
Topics and exercises built from your real cases.
- 03
Train hands-on
On site or online, in small groups, on your own data.
- 04
Check back
A few weeks later: what stuck, and what needs adjusting.
A good fit if
- Your team has AI tools but hardly uses them
- The pipeline in your CRM does not match reality
- New people in sales need a long time to get up to speed
Questions
Which AI tools do you train on?
The ones your company already has or allows, for example ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot. If there are none yet, we choose together.
Which CRM?
The one you use. I have worked with Pipedrive and Membrain myself. For other systems I look at yours before we plan the training.
Is this a training in sales conversations?
No. I do not teach how to run a sales call. I show how AI and a clean CRM take work off your team, so there is more time for the calls.
In German or English?
Both.
